This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022. The functionality in this feature is now available in Schedules.

Can I schedule my agents’ breaks?
You certainly can. There are two ways to go about it. First, you can create an Intraday Schedule for your agents (learn more about that in the Shift Templates section).

Does my timezone configuration impact the Shift Templates I make to schedule my agents?
Yes, it does. When you create Shift Templates and schedule your team, make sure the timezone matches that of the team you are scheduling. The Timezone Switcher will help you out with that.

Can I import my own templates into Tymeshift?
No, you must build your Shift Templates directly in Tymeshift. External information cannot be imported into a Tymeshift Schedule.

How does Tymeshift let agents know when there is a change to their schedule?
You can enable push notifications and/or email notifications in your Schedule Settings. Please note that weekly and monthly schedule changes will trigger notifications, but daily changes will not. That’s because these intraday changes usually happen on-the-go and we don’t want to crowd agents’ inboxes with tons of notifications about changes they’ve probably already noticed.

Do you integrate with Google Calendar?
We do not integrate with Google Calendar since it would pretty much be a duplication of effort. Google Calendar will show you an overview of your work, while Tymeshift shows precisely (down to the minute) what you’re supposed to be doing and when. This would create two places filled with similar information. However, we are considering this integration in the future!
