How does the trial work?
It’s simple! You start by creating an account and installing the app in your Zendesk – no credit card required. After that, you’ll have full access to all the features included in the Enterprise plan for 10 days.
Is Tymeshift only for Zendesk?
Yes, Tymeshift only works with Zendesk.
We are not a standalone product and focus all of our energy on being the best workforce management solution for Zendesk.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your trial you may select a plan to continue using Tymeshift or simply do nothing and the trial will expire.
Do all of my agents have to use Tymeshift?
No, you can deactivate agents that do not require access to Tymeshift.
Are long-term contracts required?
